The Bazaar will run from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm from 4-6 July and from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on 7 July. Kiosks can be rented whole (six foot rectangular table + two chairs) or by half, based on these daily and weekly rates (all in Cdn$) :

D) Agreement between WW 2011 and Vendor

Women's Worlds 2011 will provide one full or half-sized kiosk (six foot rectangular table + 2 chairs).

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own display supplies, including easels, backboards, electronic equipment, etc.

The Vendor is responsible for the assembly, dismantling and storing of display equipment.

No material reasonably construed to be racist, sexist, homophobic or deemed offensive in any manner, shall be sold or displayed. At its discretion, WW 2011 may require vendors to immediately remove material it construes to be discriminating or offensive in any way.

The vendor must leave the kiosk in a clean condition after each use with all garbage, posters, etc being removed from the location.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to insure that all international goods have been declared and meet all regulations according to Canada Border Services Agency.

WW 2011 is not responsible or liable for any damages that occur during the event.
