THANKS TO THE OVER 300 VOLUNTEERS WHO MADE WW 2011 A SUCCESS!

Organizing and mounting an event of this size requires countless numbers of volunteers. If you wish to give of your time and talent AT THE EVENT, please complete this online form.

All volunteers must fulfill a minimum of 12 hours of service (excluding mandatory pre-congress training sessions). By meeting this requirement, your registration fee will be waived. The minimum age to volunteer is 16.

Volunteer Identification

Scheduled volunteers will be given a badge to be worn as ID at all times -- this is your all-access pass to WW 2011 programming and activities. Pick up your badge at the beginning of your first shift or anytime from Volunteer HQ.

Volunter Headquarters

The go-to place for congress volunteers is Room 3105, Desmaraias Building, University of Ottawa (55 Laurier East).

The Volunteer HQ will be open from 7:30am to 8:30 pm, 4-7 July.
